Sau khi update lên phiên bản 1.6.1, tôi không thể nào xác minh lại được. Gọi điện tổng đài, tư vấn viên hỗ trợ cũng chỉ nhắc nhở cách chụp ảnh để xác minh, nhưng không vẫn hoàn không. Nhắn tin qua messenger cũng vậy, cùng một cách hướng dẫn vẫn thất bại. Mong Kbank xem xét lại vấn để này vì không ít người cũng bị như tôi.
